Being You Psychology is a private psychology practice based in Brighton & Hove, offering specialist ADHD assessments and evidence-based psychological therapy for children, young people and adults. We take a warm, human and collaborative approach - grounded in NICE guidelines, neuroaffirming practice, and a belief that people deserve support that sees them as a whole person, not a list of difficulties.

Alice is an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist based in Brighton & Hove, working with children, young people and adults. She supports individuals with anxiety, depression, OCD, panic, low self-esteem, PTSD and neurodiversity-related challenges - including ADHD.
