About Being You Psychology

Being You Psychology is a private psychology practice based in Brighton & Hove, offering specialist ADHD assessments and evidence-based psychological therapy for children, young people and adults. We take a warm, human and collaborative approach - grounded in NICE guidelines, neuroaffirming practice, and a belief that people deserve support that sees them as a whole person, not a list of difficulties.
