A Bit About Me
Hello, I’m Luke, a Clinical Psychologist with experience across a range of NHS and private healthcare settings, working with both adults and children. I often support people who feel ‘different’ or struggle with anxiety, helping them cultivate deeper self-acceptance and authenticity. Whatever challenges you face, my aim is to support you to break free from limiting patterns, become a better friend to yourself, and ultimately, build a life guided by your values rather than your fears.
My areas of expertise include anxiety, worry, and self-doubt; identity, and self-esteem issues; OCD; living well with physical health conditions including persistent pain, chronic fatigue, GI issues; mood-related difficulties; ADHD Assessment; post-diagnostic support for ADHD & Autism. I also support adolescents and young adults navigating major life transitions, helping them develop resilience and a clearer sense of direction.
I work in an integrative way, drawing on a range of approaches from the latest psychological research along with time-honoured contemplative practices. At the heart of it is a simple belief: you are not broken, and your struggles do not define you. If you're ready to explore a new way forward, I’d love to support you on that journey.

A Bit About Me
Hi I’m Alice, an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with extensive NHS experience supporting individuals of all ages to navigate life’s challenges. My approach is compassionate, human and relatable. I believe that developing a strong therapeutic relationship – where you feel safe, supported and heard – provides the foundation for us to begin to explore your difficulties, to better understand yourself and work towards meaningful change.
I have experience working with a wide-range of psychological difficulties in children, young people and adults, including: anxiety, OCD, panic, depression, phobias, low-self-esteem, neurodiversity issues and PTSD. I have particular experience supporting those navigating trauma, helping individuals to process and recover from painful experiences.
I believe that understanding yourself can be an empowering first step. We will then collaboratively develop a therapeutic plan which aims to reduce the impact of your current difficulties and support you to move towards the life you want for yourself. I look forward to supporting you on this journey.
